On the completion of this course team members have to complete the first section of their new training book.
Following completion of the induction course all team members have to complete a customized L2 Health and Safety Food Safety work book in conjunction with the L2 Health and Safety handbook and L2 Food Safety Handbook. This is completed over a number of weeks at the end of which the team members sit a test.
Managers complete the Supervising Level 3 Food Safety and Supervising Health and Safety workbooks. On the completion of these the Managers attend a days workshop on Little Chef specific policy.
