Management training in Food Safety and Health and Safety

Highfield worked with the McDonalds team to develop a unique course covering food safety and health and safety company policy whilst enabling Management to achieve a L3 qualification in food safety.

Management build on their current food safety knowledge using a customized workbook and the L3 Supervising Food Safety book by R A Sprenger.

Following the completion of the workbook delegates sit a two day customized course, provided by Highfield. The course includes the L3 CIEH qualification along with information covering McDonalds food safety and health and safety policy.

McDonald’s commitment to safety is clearly shown by their commitment to train over 10,000 Managers over a 2 year period.
