First Aid

Moto require courses for large and small groups on site. Highfield provides trainers, assessors and materials for these courses and ensures that the same high level of standardised training is given on all sites in the UK.

Health and Safety

All team members have to complete a customised L2 Health and Safety equivalent work book in conjunction with the L2 Health and Safety handbook. This has proved to be an extremely effective method of training for Moto, whose team members really like how they are able to carry out a small section of the workbook when they have the time.

Management

Moto train Managers to Level 3 Health and Safety. Courses are taken at Moto sites using Highfield trainers.

Food Safety

All team members now have to complete a customized L2 Food Safety equivalent work book in conjunction with the L2 Food Safety handbook.

Fire Safety Management Course

Highfield worked with Moto to develop a Fire Safety Management course and delivered a Train the Trainer session to allow Moto trainers to run sessions for Managers across the estate.

Fire Safety Awareness Course

All team members attend a workshop, which is delivered using a customized Flip pack presentation and work book designed by Highfield.
