Moto requires several compliance training materials. Highfield provides high quality training materials and qualifications based on their compliance requirements.

Health and Safety

All team members have to complete a customised L2 Health and Safety equivalent work book in conjunction with the L2 Health and Safety handbook. This has proved to be an extremely effective method of training for Moto, whose team members really like how they are able to carry out a small section of the workbook when they have the time.

Management

Moto train Managers to Level 3 Health and Safety using our customised training materials.

Food Safety

All team members now have to complete a customised Level 2 Food Safety equivalent workbook in conjunction with the Level 2 Food Safety handbook.

Fire Safety

Highfield worked with Moto to develop Fire Safety training materials that support Managers across the estate in achieving the HABC Fire Safety qualification.

Fire Safety Awareness

All team members attend a workshop which is delivered using a customised flip-pack presentation and workbook designed by Highfield.
