After further education in the field of commerce, Jayne began her career in 1970 with the National Westminster Banking Group. It was during this time, after several training courses conducted by the banking group, that Jayne developed an expertise in customer care. Jayne then moved to a position in sales and marketing for Hoseason's holidays in East Anglia where her skills were further developed in this area.
In 1982, after a short career break and having raised three children, Jayne founded Highfield Publications. Her marketing and sales skills together with a strong belief in customer care led the way to building the foundations for Highfield.co.uk Ltd.
Jayne is the Director of Customer Service, an essential role within a service-orientated company. Jayne is also responsible for logistics and distribution, ensuring that the Highfield Distribution Centre always meets its customers’ expectations.
Highfield is a company that strongly believes in customer service. This ethos has led to the company winning several awards over the years, including the Doncaster Business of the Year award in 2006.
