is ready for expansion. We would like you to send us your most terrible
photographs for us to publish on our website, in our newsletters
and use in our training packs. Anything to do with health &
safety or food safety may be used.
For
every photograph we use, we will award the sender a £20 Highfield voucher.
From all entries we will choose a STAR photo. This will be awarded the FREE PowerPoint. The

update....HACCP

Our
April seminar was our most successful yet. Unfortunately many customers
missed out due to our having only 250 places.
The good news is that we are now running another HACCP Seminar
in the autumn in London. We expect this to be equally as popular

1 - A Food Alert! To date, 580 food products have been identified as containing
the dye Sudan 1. Why did the Food Standards Agency issue a Food Alert and require
all food companies including manufacturers, retailers and caterers, to withdraw

| HACCP
- No longer a choice Under Regulation EC No. 852/2004 on the Hygiene of
Foodstuffs, all food businesses will be required to put in place, implement and
maintain a permanent procedure or procedures based on HACCP principles. This will
