I get one of the following errors when I try to open a Highfield presentation
- ‘Powerpoint cannot open the HFPP.ppt because part of the file is missing’
- ‘Powerpoint cannot read HFPP.ppt’
- ‘Powerpoint cannot open the type of file represented by HFPP.ppt’
- ‘Powerpoint Viewer cannot open the file HFPP.ppt because the file is corrupted’
This is a know bug which affects Powerpoint 2003 and can be remedied by downloading a patch from the Microsoft web-site.

and programs you don't use (Check System requirements).

increase your machine's RAM (Check System requirements).
There is no sound
Check whether you have a sound card installed. If
so, check your speakers or headphones are connected
to the CD-ROM drive, and that the volume control is
turned up.

Cannot complete a module or get past 'What the

(Health & Safety)
At the point in the program which covers 'What the

to finish, then wait a further 5 seconds before clicking

has finished
(Food Safety Foundation)
Log in as the user in question, and go to the
module selection screen. To the left of each module
title there is a white progress bar which gets smaller
as you progress through the module. Look at each bar,
of there is any of the bar left, you will need to
retake 1 or more pages in that module. Sometimes the
bar will be so small it will just appear as a black
line.
