Based on the Foundation level HACCP training information this programme will enable managers to coach staff in HACCP awareness and provide guidance on their specific HACCP responsibilities such as monitoring. The CD-ROM may be used for one-to-one training on a computer or projected for larger groups using a multimedia projector.
