Duration
The course is approximately 6 hours' duration
and conducted during one day. The examination
is a multiple choice test of 45 minutes' duration
taken on the same day.
Qualification
All successful candidates will receive the Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles.
Progression
Intermediate Certificate in Applied HACCP Principles.
