Professional Trainers Certificate
The Professional Trainers Certificate course
is fully accredited with the CIEH. It is intended
to develop the tutor skills, knowledge and attitude
necessary to design and deliver successful training
courses. It is especially useful to deliver
accredited Food Hygiene and Health & Safety
courses when lecturers require a training qualification
as well as an appropriate technical qualification.
Who
should attend?
Those who wish to deliver training to others, whether this be food safety, health and safety or non-specialist.
Course
content
Delegates will be able to:
Identify the factors to be considered for creating a suitable learning environment
Prepare training objectives for theory sessions, which meet the criteria laid down by the awarding bodies to conduct their accredited Level 2 courses
Prepare training session plans to meet the training objectives
Prepare and demonstrate the use of appropriate visual aids to support the theory sessions of the course
Conduct and evaluate two theory sessions of the course
Duration
The course is held over 3 days, with an assessed session on the third day.
Qualification
All successful candidates will receive a
Professional Trainers Certificate.
