Von Holy Consulting offers a range of food safety-related training courses which cover the Prerequisite Programs (PRP) for HACCP and HACCP itself, as well as a range of auditing courses.

Training courses are offered as one-day induction workshops for management and supervisory target groups of companies at all levels of the food chain, from primary producers to retailers and caterers.  Auditing courses include a three-day Internal Auditing and a five-day Lead Auditor (HACCP for Food Safety Management Systems) course. 

The training courses are supplemented by presentations designed for shop floor personnel to create awareness and background on food safety and facilitate the implementation of food safety systems.

The training courses are offered as public events and on an in-house basis on clients' premises.

In many instances, clients utilize Von Holy Consulting for their entire HACCP-related training programmes which are facilitated by the extensive experience of Linda Jackson and Jane Russill.

Training services are offered on a national and regional basis.
