The highly amusing fully interactive DVD game show is loaded with questions and answers about cross-contamination, cooking, chilling and cleaning. It uses the latest technology and can be played on most home DVD players and most laptops through a multimedia projector. The DVD can be played in modules to break up traditional Level 2 food safety classroom training. Alternatively, it can be used for an hour long refresher training session, or to assist staff understanding of Safer Food Better Business. In addition to the 4C’s challenge, the DVD also includes the FSA’s award winning short film Bacteria Bite Business free of charge.
