There are three cards in each pack.

• Personal hygiene
• Contamination

To be completed by the supervisor: Cards should be completed for each food handler within three months of employment. An integral part of training records, these cards may be used to support a due-diligence defence to demonstrate 'food handlers are trained commensurate with their work activities'.
