To be used in conjunction with Highfield's Level 2 Food Safety training programmes to certify delegates who have attended a non-accredited L2 training course using Highfield materials.

The certificate can be signed by the trainer to verify that the modules have been studied and that Highfield materials have been used. The course materials are identical to those used for Level 2 accredited courses. 

This certificate is exclusively available to trainers and organizations who train using Highfield training materials.
