Highfield and The Anaphylaxis Campaign’s Allergen Training Courses are recommended for technical managers in the food industry and for those responsible for the management or internal auditing of allergen control systems and internal allergen training.

The main theme of the Allergen Training Course is 'Allergen Awareness and Risk Assessment' which takes place over 2 days. All delegates will receive a free copy of the Anaphylaxis Campaign Standard for Food Manufacturers plus accompanying Guidelines and additional amendments, worth £65.00.
Delegates can also attend an optional, additional third day of training “Internal Auditor & Internal Trainer”.

Allergen Training (2-day course) |
This course takes place over 2 days, focusing on the skills and knowledge necessary to confidently manage food allergens, ensure correct labelling information is applied to products, deal with crisis management and significantly reduce the risk of product recall.
Technical managers in the food industry and those responsible for the management or internal auditing of allergen control systems and/or internal allergen training.
Internal Auditor and Internal Trainer (optional additional 3rd day) |
This is an optional additional day’s training following the core 2-day course, providing delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to audit their operation against the Standard and to demonstrate effective allergen management. It will also give internal trainers the knowledge to train staff to comply with the requirements of the Standard.
Those persons responsible for internal verification of the Allergen HACCP system and internal training. It will provide delegates with the knowledge and skills needed to audit their operation against the Standard and to demonstrate effective allergen management.
