The course gives a background and introduction to those new to the certification process providing a good foundation to the 2 day ‘How to interpret the Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 5’.
It will give delegates an understanding of the BRC Standard, certification process and the relationship to GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). It is designed for those who are not directly responsible for implementation or auditing against the Standard.
