The aim of this one-day course is to ensure a basic knowledge and understanding of the importance of HACCP as a preventive food safety management system, which can be applied to all sectors of the food industry.
The course is recommended for anyone working in a food related environment who requires an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of HACCP.
It is recommended that delegates have achieved a Level 2 Food Safety qualification or equivalent.
The course is informal and will cover topics including:
Course book and a comprehensive delegate pack will be provided.
The course is approximately 6 hours' duration and conducted during one day. The examination is a multiple-choice test of 45 minutes' duration taken on the same day.
All successful candidates will receive the Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles.
Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing.
