This course is a fundamental part of any management development programme; providing delegates with a sound understanding of the principles of risk management. This course helps those responsible for Health & Safety to effectively carry out their roles and create a safety culture.

 

Duration

The course is held over 12 days; a two week course, concluding with a practical exam and writen assessment to be completed at a later date.

Qualification

Delegates are assessed with written examinations for each of the two taught units. A unit Certificate is issued denoting successful achievement of each unit. A Certificate award is issued on completion of the two units and a practical assessment in a workplace.

Who should attend?

The course is suitable for managers in both large and small businesses.
Larger organisations choose the NEBOSH Certificate as a fundamental part of their supervisors' or management development programme. Smaller organisations, operating in lower risk environments, choose the NEBOSH Certificate as the best qualification for the individual who is responsible for health & safety.
